Student workers at Franklin Pierce University can enjoy the delicious taste of “Rindge Tinge” again now that the water has been turned back on.

Executive Producer of Sports Jen Connors discovered the water pipe was repaired when she turned on a sink at Lakeview. The report was confirmed by FPTV25′s Twitter page when Station Manager Mike Davies turned on the sink in the men’s bathroom.

The water was fixed around 2:30pm. When students first turned on the water, the water appeared to be rusty and cloudy. After a few seconds, the water was back to normal.

Hot water did not come back on until 7:30pm. There have been no reported problems yet since the water was turned back on. Students can now shower, cook, wash their hands, and drink with no issues.

The report of the fixed water pipe came an hour after rumors began regarding the addition of portable showers next to the porta potties. Thank goodness that never happened.
